BLEVE – Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion
The above video was developed to explain the concept of a BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion) as part of a propane safety course. It was intentionally designed with dedicated on-screen space to accommodate text overlays once imported into Articulate 360. This approach ensures that typography remains sharp and legible, avoiding the quality loss that can occur when text is embedded directly into video.
The production process incorporated Adobe Premiere Pro, along with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to ensure both visual accuracy and a clear representation of each stage of a BLEVE event. This level of precision and customization is not typically achievable using automated platforms such as Vyond and similar online video tools.
